Rochester Pipes and Drums is dedicated to bringing the music, history, and culture of the Highland Bagpipe to the residents of Rochester and Southeastern Minnesota. We strive to achieve this mission through continual improvement in musical expression, camaraderie among band members, and civic involvement.
